Bromance, Shmomance, Now I Wear Tight Pants?

I don't even know were to begin when talking about this kid, so I guess that the start would be a good choice. This guy up there is my best friend Nick Scotti. I've know Nick since 06'. We met at a school called JHS William H. Carr 194, actually even to this day we hang out at that school yard. We met through some of our friends and friends of friends, it helped that the school wasn't too big either. I used to think that he was so cool because he could ollie, that was the coolest shit back in the day when we all legit sucked at skateboarding (worse then we are now). He also went out with like every girl that I had crush on, such a ladies man.

Nick was literally a full foot shorter then all of us back in the day, maybe that was another reason we all hung out with him? and he had super short hair. It was a pretty funny site, and all the girls were always running up to him and such. It seemed like half the world knew him at the time. We became much better friends over the summer of our 8
th grade year, going to each others houses and such, and he even convinced me to buy xbox live, the most amazing thing ever. When I first met him I really had no clue how close we could get, we met so late in our junior high school year that I figured he'd be one of those at the time friends. What fueled our friendship was our personalities complimented each other pretty well, he was shy and quite, I was bubbly and friendly. It was like Jay and Silent Bob but not really.

Nick has also basically helped me shape my personality. Him and a few others were always inspiring me to get better at skateboarding, by constantly getting a lot better then me. He helped mold my taste in music and some of my style, along with a few of my other friends. He also helped me break away from the town I reside in, College Point. Now I know he has no clue how much he's done for me, but I really appreciate what he did without meaning to. Now some of you might read this and think "why's he sucking his dick so hard?". My response to you is honestly you don't have to read this, I thank you for visiting but this is about my best friend, the word bromance is in the title, what else did you expect?

We had a lot of memories together, from staying up all night and having breakfast, to him loosing his virginity to his girlfriend. We've always been there for each other (sometimes he takes a while to do his hair) and I hope we always will be. Actually, I know we always will be. We've never been in a serious fight, and that's weird because I have this thing were either you're my closest friend, a person i hate, or a person I don't know. It's a pretty big character flaw of mine but I've been working at it. But somehow Nick has managed to always stay my friend. I really appreciate that.
